ANO GLOBAL Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! But we get it—sometimes things just don't work out. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (with tags still attached, if applicable).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software/digital products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, earrings)

  • Final sale/Clearance items

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: Reach out to support@anoglobal.store or ano.global.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship it: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most banks take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If we messed up (the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Changed Your Mind: For "buyer’s remorse" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
