1. General Shipping Overview

  • Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from our central fulfillment center in Belgium.

  • Business Days: We process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package is accepted by the carrier, ANO GLOBAL is not responsible for unforeseen carrier delays (e.g., severe weather, labor strikes). We will, however, work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Order Processing Time

We strive to get your items to you as fast as possible.

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For shipments to non-EU countries within our delivery zones (if applicable):

  • Taxes & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ANO GLOBAL does not collect or pay these fees.

  • Customs Clearance: Customs inspections can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for specific details on potential delays or charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after the email is sent.

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has been dispatched.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us by the carrier because it was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts), you will receive a refund for the cost of the goods minus the original shipping fee and any return carrier fees we incurred.
